Well-being experiences are cultivated from being in personally and professionally empowering spaces and places. How are our “spaces” for individual and collective empowerment? And what sorts of leadership styles (self and systems) cultivate such spaces for growth and service? Simply put, there must be space for fueling before there is space for running. If not, we must find new ways (or spaces) for what fuels our lives, or we will run out of fuel.
